The Pursuit of Confidence
Final Thoughts
So much of who we are and the world we live in is shaped by how insecure or confident we feel.
We can see it in the way we think about ourselves, and how we fit into our social circles and wider society.
We can see it in the way we treat others, how hostile we are, or how forgiving.
And we can see it in the way we’ve set up our modern world, using insecurity as a weapon to control and manipulate others.
We owe it to ourselves, and each other, to do better. Self-improvement is not supposed to be a privilege, it’s supposed to be a responsibility. A better you is better for everyone. And the only goal worth having is trying to make this world better.
It’s the goal of this book, and any books of mine that follow.
It took me over three decades to understand my insecurity, why I felt it, and what I could do about it. I hope this book helps you find confidence much faster than I did. There really is no time to waste.
Our confident future is waiting.
